Rätöbrygga are two bridges located in Kuggviken at North Country , about 1 mil north of Västervik . During the summer months, the bridges full of boats that are anchored. In winter, the opposite, completely empty. Well, some let their boats lie in and damaged by the cold and ice.

Below we see a bridge that was empty from the boats. The only thing that existed at that rimfrostiga , ostbila, wooden bridge, these plants in the center of the image, and possibly me as the cold took its grip on.

Cape Horn on a cold spring day

Monday, April 6th, 2009

Horn's cape is nice all year round. To go there is a real safari, as you could read in my previous blog post. Therefore, I go there often to find new motivations. Recommend that you click on the image to see a larger version.
