Monday, January 4th, 2010 The day before New Year's 2009th The sun was strong, but despite this it was about -10 ° c cold in the damp air Öland. Thursday, November 23rd, 2009 20:53 was the time when that photograph was created. Note position of the sun just above the treetops in the distance. A picture from the end of June 2009, when summer was in full swing, the heat flourished and the insects were buzzing wildly about their food (mig!). Today the end of November, the Sun barely at all because of gloomy gray clouds, and it fortunately could be a cloudless day the sun disappears already at 16 the time.
The picture below was taken in Gertrudsvik in Västervik komun.

Saturday, August 22nd, 2009 Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) grows wild in Sweden, and is very common to find the fields and sand, gravel chips. It mixes up easily with mayweed. Chamomile smells gone, mayweed do not. There are several differences that can be read about here . Chamomile is also considered to have a medical capacity , and used in the past against infections, colds and much more. If you have trouble sleeping, a cup of Chamomile tea can help. Thursday, July 30th, 2009 Now, at the end of July is the grain ripe, while the other grains are still growing. This field, I found the Casimir Borg ranging from Västervik and Gamleby .

Saturday, July 4th, 2009 Swedish: After countless mosquito bites , I came away from the field, where I found the chicory on the photo below in the flesh, and probably without anemia. Chicory is not fully open in the picture. The field where this beautiful plant grew, I found at Hälgsjö , located one mil north of Västervik , near a huge wheat field, which will be photographed by me soon.
English: After count less mosquito bites I got from the field, where I found the Common chicory in the photo Below living, and probably without anemia. I'm not 100% sure it is a Chicory (Cichorium intybus). But it was the Closest I could find in my book of flowers.

Sunday, June 28th, 2009 Shetland Pony (see the middle) is one of the world's smallest horse breeds and originally came from the Shetland Islands , located just outside Scotland. The idea was for a fishing trip at Händelöp and start "project bass", but these three horses caught my interest.

Friday, June 19th, 2009 Skåne's provincial flower, with its origin from the Pyrenees is Prästkragen (Latin: Leucanthemum maximum). It flowers in June-July and usually in large pastures. Daisies on the image I photographed at Gertrudsvik (Northern Hospital) on a summer evening.

Thursday, June 11th, 2009 Kallbadhuset in Borgholm is a beautiful building. It was built in 1882, and 52 years later, in February storms as measured at 30meter/sekund and destroyed the bathhouse. It was rebuilt and the results we see in the picture below, in a beautiful sunset. More intriguing history behind the bathhouse on Borgholms komuns website .

Friday, May 1st, 2009 Translation:
Another picture from the store, waiting for my camera is back from repair.
The picture below is a late winter photography. The ice had just changed its form, from being the big trucks to smaller trucks that were close together and created an irritating sound through friction . pier had a thin layer of snow that today's last sun tried to melt away to let in the spring. One of the fishing boats in Happened traversed port had been out at sea, may have been fishing, or been on the first trip in the archipelago . Händelöp at sunset is magical.

Tuesday, April 21st, 2009 Translate Into English
The pier in Sopot, the entire 515.5 meters long, it is surrounded by the Baltic Sea and a long beach that runs between Sopot, Gdynia and Gdansk. More facts about Sopot and my positive experiences you will read this post . In the absence of camera and now when I go through the archive images, I get a nostalgic feeling and want to go back!

Two posts in a row on Grönö, Spårö and its beacon. It was a spectacular sunset and the wind blew cold on the mountain. Went down a bit, it became at once a warmer, more comfortable temperature.

Picture number 1 is a picture of the customs house with a reflection of Spårö beacon in the window pane.
Picture number 2 was taken at the same location as the big the big picture, but from a different angle.
Picture number 3 is a loka (I think) with Spårö beacon in the background.
Picture number 4 is a view of Spårö sound. At the sign that is framed by anchor and a little way out is a ship on the bottom which is a popular dive site.

Monday, April 13th, 2009 Victory Gärde is a large nature reserve north of Västervik . Here are some barns and a lot of beautiful scenery to photograph. During sunset , it is of course extra spectacular.

Monday, April 6th, 2009 As I wrote in my previous posts ( 1 , 2 ) is the way to Cape Horn's a real animal safari. This swan I photographed at the tip of Cape Horn on a cold winter. It was a beautiful sunset as seen in the light of humpback tail.

Saturday, April 4th, 2009 Horn's point is, a place I visit often to find new motivations. Animal life in which very large. Not to encounter a deer, pheasant or a hare that runs in front headlight is very often. The light during sunset is absolutely amazing!

Used the Nikon D700 + Nikon 24-70mm 2.8 with a Hoya ND8 (three steps) neutral density filter to get the water "soft." The shutter speed on this photograph is 1/15 second at aperture 13 and Iso 100th This is an exposure, no HDR.
