Deer family in Gertrudsvik (kid goat and goat)

Tuesday, June 23rd, 2009

Once a deer (Latin: Capreolus capreolus) are among some rustling is the lightning stopped, probably trying to be invisible and follow the "threat" with great curiosity. Not even a meal of refresh leaves get the deer to relax. Always 100% focused on what's happening in the near surroundings. The deer below, I found a warm summer evening at Gertrudsvik . Saw both Bock, goat and kid at the same time.

The cannon on Kulbacken and the West's largest churches.

Monday, April 6th, 2009

On Kulbacken is Västervik's Museum , and there are two Russian cannons that stood on the mountain since 1920 ( source + more info). To the right we see St. Gertrude's Church (Very interesting facts on the link!). The church building was begun in 1433 and was completed 15 years later. To the left we see St. Peter's church built in 1903 and was completed in 1905, which is today the West's largest church
